Wed. 5/27 @ 2:00pm Khelm time

Please continue to pray for passports! It's 20pm here in Khelm and we still don't have passports. I called Anna at 11am after not having heard from her and asked "when are the passports going to be here?" She said that she spoke to the guy and he said that they weren't here. She told me that when she knew something she would call. At 1:45pm I called her again and tried to push her for more info. I didn't get anything out of her. I have called one of the team leaders in Kiev and am waiting for her to return my call.

I'll try to update everyone again later today.

Blessings <><,

David

As I pray for the passports, this is what comes to my mind/heart: "I wait on the Lord, my soul waits." Hang in there!

UGH :) Love you David. YOU WILL COME HOME! Hold tight to that brother. We know it's so very frustrating to not get info, get info that isn't accurate... you are doing so great. Eat some TUMS, get your nose in the word. God will deliver you out of there - he's a deliverer, a father to the fatherless, a remdeemer, a comforter (grab hold of that one).

One day closer brother. Praying

Want me to call and sing to you - it made Jenny laugh! :)

Oh and don't let Maks do the merry go round today. That's my advice for today!

Hang in there David. I know this is getting very frustrating and trying to hold everything together there with the kids. We are praying for you. The passports will come and you are going to get to come home--we are just praying that for you continually. Hold on (which is not easily done at this stage I am very sure). We are so praying for you!

Praying now for God's mighty warriors to break down the barriers and deliver those passports! As Kim says, "God, send your biggest, baddest Angels," over there and finish this, in the name of Jesus!

Hang tight Pop! It's hard, harder than any of us here know with very few exceptions! We love you and you and the kids, including Jen and the kids here, never leave our thoughts. You are doing an amazing job. This is a precious time and you are making the very most of it. Stay in His word (I know you are, it oozes out of you, we can all feel it and hear it!) Passports, passports, passports....

Praying continually as you all are in our thoughts and prayers many, many times throughout our day! You have been doing such an amazing job of hanging with the kids, and sharing the truth of God's word throughout the whole process. Let it soak into your heart~~He has not abandoned you or the kids! We are expecting Him to come through any time now~~Waiting on God! Know that you are not being forgotten! We are still all pulling for you~~

Oh, and I agree with Kim, I wouldn't think of letting Maks on the merry-go-round thing again soon. :-) Michelle

We add our prayers always. You are
doing great kinda like daddy day care. These days although trying are precious and a time to be alone with the kids and a special bonding period for just you and these three precious children. Not likely you will have these amazing moments with them alone again. Maybe that is why God is delaying the passports a little. Yes it is boring in a way for the working man and you REALLY want to get home, but you have 3 youngings that are happy to be adored by their papa! Have fun these last few days. Hold on there the biggest baddest angels are coming to deliver passports (As said by Kim). You know it is coming! And I have really enjoyed listening to the word of God coming from you. Know we are all with you in prayer and are anxious to see the 4 of you really soon.

David - I am so sorry. Praying that you will sleep well (and the kids will sleep even better) and you wake to passports on Thursday morning.

I am continuing to pray for your passports. I know you must feel frustrated, but God has a plan and this delay must be for a reason.

I always figure you are about up by the time I read about yesterday for you. Praying for those passports. A verse I kept thinking about for me tonight - maybe it will help you, too - is the "in everything give thanks, for this is the will of Christ Jesus for you..." That might not be perfectly quoted - it's late. But God knows more than me! And you!
